Enjoying a cooling dip in the Caribbean sea on the last day of her holiday yesterday, the 33-year-old had to grab onto her bikini top to stop a powerful wave whipping it off. But it looked like the mother-of-two could see the funny side as she had a giggle afterwards.

Despite admitting earlier in the week she was nervous after seeing husband Graham Quinn on a jet-ski with their eldest daughter Ava, the former Hear'Say singer decided to try it out. She tweeted earlier this week: 'Today Gray took Ava out on a jet ski.
