as she left her home in Primrose Hill, London, earlier today. Sporting a miniscule pair of denim hotpants and an aztec print cropped vest, the singer's choice of outfit served to prove just how much weight she has lost in recent months. Sarah finished off her barely-there look with a scraped back ponytail, dark sunglasses and black slouchy boots. And luckily, she appeared to be carrying a jacket in case the unpredictable British weather took a turn for the worse. Since finding sobriety in January, Sarah has been channelling her energies into overhauling her body, and is looking more toned and taut than ever after taking up yoga and swapping wild partying for early nights. The blonde star has previously admitted she regrets some her wild behaviour in the past.
