Secret Of Audrina Patridge's Lean Body Is Hula Hoop Workout
Friday, March 22, 2013Forget the gym, all you need is a hula hoop to get a great bikini body like Audrina Patridge. The former Hills star left traditional workout devices at home, embracing the large hoop as a way to tone and show off her amazing figure on a Los Angeles, California, beach on Tuesday.
But while a hula hoop is known as being a toy loved by children across the world, what the reality star was up to was hardly child's play. Unlike most hula hoops, the 27-year-old's was heavily weighted to ensure maximum toning as she used it both the traditional way - spinning it around her waist - and like a resistance weight, by lifting it up and down to get her arm muscles flexing. And, Audrina's new workout is obviously working, as the star did not have an ounce of fat or cellulite visible as she frolicked around the beach. Wearing her brown hair out and flowing, the star simultaneously flashed her bright white smile and perfect abs as she toned and tanned.
Making sure to get the most out of the sunny almost-spring day, the reality star wore a barely there bikini. While many may opt for workout gear while they exercise, Audrina preferred to wear a tiny string black and white bikini which highlighted her toned legs and rear end. Giving her swimwear a more stylish edge, the Maximum cover girl added a contrasting black bikini top that featured a multi-strapped design at the back.
