After working hard to lose 10lbs this year, Stephanie Seymour is certainly kicking up her heels. The 42-year-old supermodel showcased her impressive flexibility while enjoying another day at the beach in St Barts yesterday. The mother-of-four put on a rather spectacular routine that included cartwheels, back-flips and even a crab formation.

She's spent the past week parading her incredible bikini body at St. Barts. And Stephanie Seymour gave spectators a glimpse into some of the fitness behind her enviable figure Saline Beach Wednesday. Easily defying her 44 years, the former Sports Illustrated model was seen both snorkeling and contorting her perfect body into precise Pilates/yoga poses on the sand.
