Melanie Brown Shows How She's Losing The Baby Weight
Friday, September 13, 2013Melanie Brown is not among those who just talk. She is really a practical woman nowadays she's losing her baby weight following the Jenny Craig diet. The X Factor Australia judge, who gave birth to Madison four months ago, says she has quickly dropped from 165 lbs. to 147 lbs.
She tells Britain's showbiz magazine, "I really allowed myself the chance to pig out during this pregnancy so I've got a bit of weight to lose. I was eating morning, noon and night, I was a house. I have to eat regularly, every two to three hours. Even though I'm tired I'm coping really well, if I keep eating well and combine it with cardio workouts three times a week, then it's a done deal."
